Terms and digital-download policy

What you are buying

Our products are digital PDF guides and templates. They are supplied by download, not as printed goods. Access is granted through a unique download link sent to the email address used at checkout.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The final price payable, including any applicable VAT, is displayed at checkout before you pay.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the materials for your own property projects. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share the files publicly. Download links are unique and may be deactivated if shared.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate on successful payment. If your download does not arrive, contact hello@builderproof.co.uk with the email address used at checkout and we will reissue it.

Cancellation and refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download has begun. If a file is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Quote review service

The Plain-English Builder Quote Review is a practical document review. It is not legal, surveying, structural engineering, architectural, planning or Building Control advice, and we do not inspect your property. If you cancel before we begin the review, we will refund the fee in full.

Liability

Our guides are educational materials. We do not accept liability for decisions taken on a building project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
